• Professional background, bio, portfolio scale, and topics you can speak to
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Conference selection
• Professional headshot (panelist applications only)
• Pitch details and related business information (presenter applications)

How we use your information

• To review applications and evaluate fit for a session
• To communicate with you about your submission, placement, and event logistics
• To coordinate panel sessions at industry conferences
• To prepare session materials if you are selected (including headshots for panelist rosters)

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use your data for unrelated third-party marketing without your consent
• We do not guarantee that submission of an application results in placement

File uploads

Panelist applications require a professional headshot. Uploaded images are delivered to our team through our form processor and stored in our email systems. Do not submit sensitive personal documents beyond what the form requests.

Form processing

Forms are processed via Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Submissions are transmitted securely and delivered to our team email. Web3Forms may process submissions according to its own privacy practices.

Data retention

We retain application information as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate submissions, coordinate events, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information by emailing us, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, where applicable. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
